Our thoughts and beliefs determine how we feel and act. So it's important to think on purpose.

We sometimes believe that we can't think any differently than we do because we point at all the evidence that supports a belief.

But in fact, you can always find evidence for what you believe. And if that's the case, you may as well think and believe something that helps you move forward with your goals.

Sometimes we believe our own stories so much that we think that they are facts.

I believed the story about my eyes for many years and someone had to point out to me that the story may actually be wrong.

That's when my journey towards more self confidence began.

Discover the importance of recognizing the stories you tell yourself. Perhaps those stories need to be changed.

Do you ever wonder when it's the right time to start your business?

Or which business is right for you?

Many of you have thought about starting a business but are waiting for the right moment.

Until you’re “ready’.

Until you have THE best idea.

Until you know exactly HOW to do it.

But here’s the thing.

You need to start before you think you’re ready.

You need to just take the first step.

In this week’s podcast I share with you why that’s so important.

I will also share how I did that exact same thing and how I started.

And how it helped me build multiple businesses and make good money.

This strategy also prevented me from staying with the wrong business which is just as important.

Are you ready?

I teach a simple framework for confidence and business success, which is summarized by the word ABLE. (Find out more about this in my podcast on how to get successful in business and life.)

It stands for:

  • Awarenes
  • Belief
  • Lots of action
  • Evaluation

Today I want to dive a little deeper into the first step, the A: awareness.

Awareness actually stands for 2 important things you need to do as your first step

You need to become aware of your thoughts on a daily basis as they create your results. This is the key to getting the results you want. (find out more in this episode why you don’t yet have what you want).

But it also stands for awareness of the reason you’re in business in the first place.

You want to know your big why

That is important, because creating a successful business can be tough.

It’s challenging as your brain will keep telling you that you can’t do it:

  • That it’s too hard.
  • That you’re too tired to do this difficult task today and that you need a rest.
  • That others are doing something similar to you and that your work is not needed.

It’s in those moments that your Big Why will pull you through.

What does success mean to you?

Do you feel you are successful?

I believe I am.

And that's because I choose to feel successful.

I can find lots of evidence for it.

Success is a choice.

That doesn't mean I don't see plenty of evidence of why I'm NOT successful.

I see that too.

But these are simply the results I haven't achieved yet.

And even though I'm successful I still want to go after those results as well and go after them.

In this week's episode discover how to be successful. You''ll also discover a 4 steps framework on how you can get the results you want in your life.

One of the most important skills you can learn is self confidence.

It's a bit different from confidence.

According to Wikipedia:

Confidence is a feeling of self-assurance arising from an appreciation of one’s own abilities or qualities

I couldn't find the definition of self confidence on Wikipedia which assumes that they believe it's the same thing as confidence.

However, I believe it's something different. It's a definition I learned from one of my mentors: Brooke Castillo.

Self-confidence is being secure in yourself and your abilities. It’s your ability to trust yourself, knowing that you can experience any emotion (including humiliation or failure) without being harmed.

In this podcast you'll learn how to build supreme self confidence. Yes, it's something you practice and learn!

What you’ll learn in this podcast

  • The difference between confidence and self confidence
  • Why traditional advice on how to become more confident doesn't work
  • How to practice self confidence
  • The most important question you can ask yourself when you're in the midst of a difficult task and you feel like giving up
  • A simple exercize you can do each day to build your self confidence

She is tapping into her true potential more and more.

Her Instagram following is growing rapidly.

And while doing that she has modeled for brands and is being featured in their commercials and growing her business.

In this episode I discuss the benefits of coaching and myself and Karen have added it to our programs.

One great tool I use in my programs is the coaching model. It's a brilliant tool that helps you get really clear on why you don't yet have what you want and how to get it.

I'd love for you to learn this tool too as it can be really useful for your self coaching too.

And rather than just hearing how beneficial it has been for me, I thought I would invite another coach, Karen Kjaerulff, who is also a nutritionist and certified lifestyle medicine practitioner also share her opinions.

What you can expect in this episode:

  • Why she and I both added coaching to our programs
  • How coaching work and why it's so beneficial
  • What is the coaching model?
  • What's an urge jar and how do you use it?

Welcome to 2020!

Are you ready to make this year your best year or even best decade ever!

I am.

But in order to do that, you need to know what would make it the best year or decade?

What do you really want to achieve?

What do you want in your life by the end of 2021 and the end of 2030?

And what do you already have and can be really grateful for?

These are the questions that we ponder in my latest podcast.

I will explain the big benefit of creating a bucket list: a list that includes everything that is important in your life.

Not only will it include the things that you want but also the things that you already have.

I've actually created a very comprehensive bucket list guide for you where you can simply tick off everything that applies to you and add your own items too.

You'll get it for free when you sign up for my FREE Bucket List Challenge which starts on 13 January.

Do you have any regrets?

I think if we’re really honest with ourselves, most of us have some form of regret.

And if you’re still thinking about it from time to time, or if you find yourself saying ‘I should have….’ a few too many times, you haven’t fully processed the regret yet.

Or taken action upon it.

Sometimes regret can be the perfect teacher.

It can inform us what our next goal should be.

It can remind us that it’s worth pursuing our new goal when things get tough.

That’s what this podcast is all about.

I’ll be sharing stories of some of my regrets and how I’m currently using these feelings of regret to go after something.

Listen to this podcast and discover how you can do the same.

2020 is almost upon us and I'm excited!

Are you?

Have you already given the new year some thought?

Perhaps you're ready to make this new year special and amazing!

Perhaps it's time to believe something new about yourself and your capabilities so you can make it happen.

That's what I'm discussing in this week's podcast.

You can listen to it below.

Why is believing new things so important?

As we've already discovered in previous episodes, how you feel depends on what you think. What you think repeatedly becomes a belief.

You need to believe in a thought that puts you in a state of mind, a feeling, that lets you take the actions you need to do to achieve your desired goal.

I'll be discussing 4 stages of belief that you'll go through and how to tackle the most challenging one: stage 2

You'll learn:

  • How to believe new things
  • The 4 stages of belief
  • Why stage 2 can be challenging but so worth it!
  • How I personally developed the belief that has allowed me to have the successful business I have today

If you've listened to my podcast on why we don't yet have what we want, you will have learned that we want most things because of the way they make us feel.

Most of the time you do the things you do in life because of the way you want to feel.

You want to feel happy, or accomplished or excited.

On the other hand often we don't achieve the things we want, because achieving it and doing the actions that are necessary to achieve it, just feels too awful.

When we start feeling awful, we may do external things to make us feel better like buying a new dress or buffer with food or alcohol.

How great would it be if we could manage our feelings so we can feel better more of the time AND not let the bad feelings get in the way of our dreams.

That's what I discuss in this podcast. I talk about how to manage your feelings and how you can learn to feel better.

This is what you'll learn:

  • External things that make you feel better
  • How to feel better from the inside out?
  • What determines how we feel?
  • How can we take control over our feelings?
  • How to pursue a goal from a feeling of abundance?
  • How to tap into the feeling you want to create ahead of time.

Want to tap into your truest, highest potential in 2020?
